BABA SAHEB AMBEDKAR HOSPITAL RECRUITMENT 2019 - APPOINTMENT OF HOSPITAL MANAGERS / SUPERINTENDENTS : In pursuance to Circular No. E-79821/Pt.File-III/78-98, dated 24-01-2019, applications are invited from Indian Nationals for appointment to EIGHT POSTS of SUPRINTENDENT / HOSPITAL MANAGER on CONTRACT BASIS through Walk In Interview, scheduled to be held on 12.02.2019 (Tuesday). Job \ Description : 

1. Superintendent (Equipment / Stores) - would manage proper delivery of clinical services and manage all equipments in area like OT, ICU, NICU, CCU, Labour Room, Casualty CSSD, Wards, Medical Gas Pipeline system etc. he would also be responsible for regular maintenance and auditing of all hospital equipments, helping in the process of condemnation and disposal of old equipments and bringing all equipment under AMC/CMC, maintain log book to ensure regular inspection and service of the same. The duties would include shortage of any items, ensuring that there is optimum supply of rational medicines and vaccines to the hospital as per Essential Drug List. To liaison with Drug & Therapeutic Committee for updation of Essential Drug, proper display of Essential Drug List on website, procure and renew Drug Licenses etc, ensure that the medicines, vaccines, consumables, stationary etc. re dispensed as per procedures, standard guidelines, overseeing the day to day management related to medicines, vaccines, consumables, stationary etc and provide support by resolving problems encountered by the clinical staff.

2. Superintendent (Facilities Management) – would be responsible for management of all outsources services i.e. security, sanitation, laundry, kitchen, canteen, nursing orderlies and Data Entry Operators. He would also manage other outsources services like lift services, laundry, parking, kiosks, kitchen services and registration of the patients at OPD, IPD & Casualty etc.

3. Superintendent (Patient Facilitation) – look after OPD registration, related issues of medical record management of waiting areas and general maintenance issues of the hospital estate. He would also coordinate and implement quality improvement programs related to patient services in the OPD, Wards, Laboratory, Casualty, Blood Bank, Lab and other related areas. Proper utilization of infrastructure & space inside the OPD rooms so that the facilities are utilized maximally and ensure minimum waiting time for the patients. To ensure that all OPD slips / case sheet have doctors signatures with time, date and stamp etc take responsibility of Outsource staff in the OPD / Wards / Emergency. To ensure sufficient quantity of wheelchairs / stretchers area available and at proper place. To optimize the sitting areas in waiting areas in OPD. handle day to day queries / small grievances of patients. Suggest ways to manage the overcrowding on the wards beds e.g. by keeping floatability of patient anywhere else in the ward/ hospital so that proper utilization of infrastructure and space / beds can be done. Ensure that investigation reports are delivered at right time & at right place to the right patient.

4. Superintendent (Caretaking) – Responsible for maintaining and updating / renewals of the records and submission of records on time to the concerned government departments related to Hospital Trade License, Narcotic License, Engineering, Biomedical, Pollution control board, Explosive License etc. Also to assist coordinate with the concerned Nodal Officer in obtaining / renewal of Fire N.O.C from concerned authorities. To assist / coordinate with the concerned Nodal Officer of BMWM in obtaining BMW License. Maintenance / compliance of BMWM Rules. To assist Nodal Officer concerned for maintenance of estate / hostel / Library. To assist Nodal Officer (Horticulture) for proper maintenance of plants / greenery in hospital campus. To assist / coordinate with the concerned Nodal Officer communication I.T., PWD (E), PWD ( C). To assist / coordinate with the concerned Nodal Officer/ Caretaker in procuring / issuing I card, name plates, stamp, parking sticker, Maintenance and regular updating of hospital signages.

Other terms & conditions: 

1. Venue – Interview will be conducted on 12.02.2019 (Tuesday) at Dr B S A Hospital. Candidates are required to report at conference hall, 1 st Floor, Dr B S A Hospital.

2. All the candidates should report in the Conference Hall 1st Floor, Admin Block, Dr B S A Hospital for enrolment between 09:00am to 11:00am on the day of interview.

4. Tenure – This appointment is initially for a period of ONE YEAR

5. Emoluments – Minimum of Pay in Matrix Level 8 + Current DA (No HRA, TPA and other allowances will be paid).

6. No separate letter for interview will be issued.

7. No TA / DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

8. Candidates must submit Self Attested Copies of Certificates along with Application Form.

9. Candidates must bring recent photo along with original Certificates regarding qualification, desired skills, relevant experience, cast certificate, date of birth certificate and along with one photo ID (Aadhar Card, Election Card or Passport) for verification during enrollment.
