Goa Dental College & Hospital Recruitment  2019 - Group ‘C’ posts on regular basis : Applications in the prescribed form appended hereto for the following Group ‘C’ posts on regular basis are invited by the Dean, Goa Dental College and Hospital, Bambolim-Goa from the candidates upto 45 years of age and possessing (i) valid 15 years residence in Goa and (ii) valid employment exchange registration number/card compulsorily are invited by the Dean Goa Dental College and Hospital, Bambolim latest by 21/02/2019 upto 5.00 pm for filling up the following posts :

ii) Should have passed Dental Hygienist Examination conducted by Dental Institution as approve by Dental Council of India.

Essential:
i) Passed secondary school certificate Examination from a recognized Board/Institution.
ii) Knowledge of Konkani
Desirable:
 i) Knowledge of Marathi.
ii) Multi-tasking skills and as knowledge of operating office machines including computers.


Terms and Conditions 

Age not exceeding 45 years (relaxable for Government Survey by five years in accordance with the instruction or orders issued by the Government) For reserved categories, the candidates should have valid cast certificate issued by the Competent authority.

 1) Only the eligible candidates fulfill the criteria as stated above shall apply and the candidate need not required to furnish any document at the time of applying for the post.

2) The candidature of shortlisted candidate shall not be considered, if he/she is found ineligible at the time of verification of essential documents, even though has passed the examination.

3) The applicants should clearly mentioned in the application the name of the post and category for which the application is made e.g. post LDC Category Unreserved/OBS/ST/SC etc.

4) No. TA/DA is admissible for attending the verification of certificates/ written test.

5) The appointing authority reserves the right to call adequate number of Meritorious candidates for verifications of original documents.

6) Late and incomplete application will be summarily rejected .

7) Candidates working in Government office/department shall send their application(s) through Proper Channel.

8) The date, time and venue for verification of documents and also for written test will be informed to the applicants separately through whatsApp/E-mail ID and it will also be displaced on Goa Dental College & Hospital web site www.gdch.goa. govt. in and Government of Goa portal www.goa.gov.in

9) Prescribed application Form with syllabus and scheme of examination are available on the Goa Dental College & Hospital website www.gdch.goa.govt.in and Government of Goa portal www.goa.gov.in

1. Dental Hygienist Written examination for eligible candidates will be conducted for determining the merit of the candidates as per syllabus mentioned below:

i) Knowledge of the subject

ii) Analytical ability

iii) General Knowledge

iv) Current affairs

v) Comprehensive language Exam will be of 2 hours duration and total marks is 100 marks.

Selection shall be done entirely based on the marks obtained in the written test which will test relevant knowledge and application attached to this post. Relevant knowledge and application attached to the post.

2. Staff Nurse Written examination of the eligible candidates will be conducted for the purpose of final selection of the candidates. Total marks allotted for the written test is 100 marks for 02 hours duration. The selection of the candidates would be entirely based on the marks secured in the written test and no weightage would be given to any other aspects such as additional educational qualification, additional experience etc.

The syllabus for the written test will be as under:

(i)Analytical ability,

(ii) General Knowledge

(iii) Comprehensive Language

(iv) Mathematical ability

(v) Current affairs

(vi) Indian Constitution

(vii) Indian History & Geography

(ix) State and Central political affairs and

(xi) Quantitative Aptitudes.

(x) Relevant knowledge and application attached to the post.


Selection shall be done in accordance with the merit and as per marks obtained by each candidate in the written test.

3. Dental Technician Relevant knowledge and application attached to the post.

4. X-ray Technician Relevant knowledge and application attached to the post

5. Plumber Written test for eligible candidate will be conducted for determining the merit of candidate as per syllabus mentioned here in below:

(i) General Knowledge

(ii) Current affairs and

(iii) Quantitative Aptitudes The written test would be carry 100 marks for 1 ½ hour duration. Experience, additional Educational Qualification would not carry any weightage.

6. Lower Division Clerk Written examination of the eligible candidates will be conducted for the purpose of final selection of the candidates. Total marks allotted for the written test is 100 marks for 02 hours duration. The selection of the candidates would be entirely based on the marks secured in the written test and no weightage would be given to any other aspects such as additional educational qualification, additional experience etc.

The syllabus for the written test will be as under:

(i)Analytical ability,

(ii) General Knowledge

(iii) Comprehensive Language

(iv) Mathematical ability

(v) Current affairs

(vi) Indian Constitution

(vii) Indian History & Geography

(ix) State and Central political affairs and

 7. Jr. Stenographer Proficiency/skill test in Shorthand and Computer typing test of eligible candidates will be conducted for the purpose of screening/short listing the candidates who qualify as per Recruitment Rules i.e. candidates would be tested for possessing Speed of 100 w.p.m. in short hand and 35 w.p.m. in typewriting and only those candidates fulfilling this requirement shall be called for written test. No weightage would be given to marks scored in proficiency/skill test. The written test would be of 100 marks for 02 hours duration.

The syllabus for the written examination will be as under:

(i)Analytical ability,

(ii) General Knowledge

(iii) Comprehensive Language

(iv) Mathematical ability

(v) Current affairs

(vi) Indian Constitution

(vii) Indian History & Geography

(ix) State and Central political affairs and

(xi) Quantitative Aptitudes. Selection shall be done in accordance with the merit and as per marks obtained by each candidate in the written test.

8. Multi-tasking Staff Written test for eligible candidate will be conducted for determining the merit of candidate as per syllabus mentioned here in below:

The written test would be carry 100 marks for 1 ½ hour duration. Experience, additional Educational Qualification would not carry any weightage.
